Welcome to the 2012-2013 Commentary Section! We are pleased to present this first set and we hope to showcase the new mindset of The Minuteman’s commentary wing. We have added more media and interactive features in order to get you, the community, more involved in the issues in and surrounding Newark Academy. You will find videos with various community members voicing their opinions on a featured topic, and there will also be a poll each set inviting you to offer your thoughts. Commentary should be about the community, not the editorship and staff. We want YOU to get involved.

All members of the community are invited and encouraged to submit letters to the editor in response to any article published in The Minuteman. We want the Commentary Section to evolve into a forum for all issues of public interest. Please restrict letters to 200 words or fewer. We reserve the right to edit all submissions for clarity, length, and content.
