Wouldn’t it be nice if every time you ate something it was serving some purpose to make you or someone you love happy by nourishing your body and preserving the environment? The foods we eat and make are a reflection of our values and choices. Think about every bite you eat; everything you eat is a conscious choice as an individual and can reduce your carbon footprint. That’s why you should consider a vegan diet. Veganism encourages the individual to be more compassionate to living beings and also improves your health. Even if you are just interested in experimenting with veganism and want to be a vegetarian or nutritarian, there are so many delicious recipes to try. This vegan and gluten free recipe will captivate even the most diehard dairy fans.
