Eighth grade student Olivia Dai has won a National Gold Medal from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, the highest honor awarded by the organization. Olivia’s winning drawing, “Old Woman,” was created using colored pencils.
National Gold Medalists will be recognized during a ceremony in June (exact date TBA). Congratulations, Olivia!
